Dr. Neuhaus is the founder of the ONZ and an experienced, proven expert in diseases of the foot and ankle, shoulder and knee joints. His main focus in the area of the ankle and foot is on cartilage and tendon surgery as well as the reconstruction of foot deformities.
Bernard Neuhaus, MD, began his studies in human medicine at the University of the Saarland in Homburg Saar. He continued his studies in Bochum and Münster. This was followed by surgical training at St. Christophorus Hospital in Werne. Dr. Neuhaus received his orthopedic training at the orthopedic clinic of St. Josefs Hospital in Sendenhorst. In 1991, Dr. Neuhaus moved to the orthopedic practice of Dr. Ferkmann in Datteln.
In 1993, Dr. Neuhaus settled as a specialist in orthopedics in the Orthopedic Joint Practice Datteln with Dr. Ferkmann. At the same time, Dr. Neuhaus established himself as an attending physician at the Elisabeth Hospital in Recklinghausen South.
In January 2007, Dr. Neuhaus acquired the new specialist title for orthopedics and trauma surgery.#
